JOB OVERVIEW:

The individual will assist with the daily operation of the Activities center/Marina including cashiering, watersports rentals, boat fueling and guest service.


Responsible for arranging, executing and supervising all indoor and outdoor guests' activity games/functions, providing privacy and safety. Administrate activities desk.


REPORTS TO: Activities Manager


SUPERVISES: No one


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

QUALIFICATIONS


Essential:

1. Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.

2. Provide legible communication.

3. Compute mathematical calculations.

4. Ability to:

Essential:

1. Exert physical effort in transporting 10 pounds to 40 pounds.

3. Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.


Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


1. Maintain complete knowledge of all items sold in retail shop.

2. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service

procedures/standards.

3. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.

4. Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

5. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

6. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

7. Set Up/Close Activities Station.

8. Assist with Maps and Directions.

9. Stock, Display and Loan/Rent Recreational Equipment.

10. Reserve Sporting Activities, when requested.

11. Coordinate Tournaments/Games.

12. Distribute Activities Sheets.

13. Conduct Guest Orientation.

14. Check out with Supervisor.

15. Pump fuel into boats.
